By accessing or using MehndiAura, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Use of the Application

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without written permission.

• Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content submitted, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. MehndiAura reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MehndiAura and its licensors. All mehndi designs displayed are either owned by MehndiAura, licensed from artists, or used with permission. Unauthorised use of these designs is strictly prohibited.

6. Termination

MehndiAura reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MehndiAura and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
