By creating an account, accessing, or using MehndiAura, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

3. Artist Accounts
Artists must register through the provided onboarding process. All artist accounts are subject to admin approval. MehndiAura reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend any artist account.
4. Content Upload and Ownership
Artists retain ownership of their uploaded designs. By uploading content, you grant MehndiAura a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote, and distribute your content within the platform. All content must comply with applicable laws and must not infringe any third-party rights.
5. Content Moderation
All uploaded content is subject to review and approval by administrators. MehndiAura reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.
6. User Conduct
Users agree not to upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content, violate intellectual property rights, attempt unauthorized access to the system, or misuse the platform in any way.
7. Features and Services
Users may browse, like, download, and save designs, follow artists and give ratings, and share content within and outside the platform.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform content (excluding user-generated content) including branding, logos, and design elements are the property of MKSOL TECH.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
MehndiAura is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for user-generated content, data loss or service interruptions, or any indirect or consequential damages.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
