Delete Account & Data Policy

This page is for MehndiAura users who want to request account deletion. MehndiAura is developed by MKSOL TECH. Follow the steps below to request deletion and understand which data is deleted, which data may be retained, and for how long.
1. How to Request Account Deletion
Option 1 (in-app): Open MehndiAura > Profile/Settings > Delete Account and confirm. Option 2 (email): Send a request to support@mehndiaura.com from your registered email with the subject "Delete Account Request - MehndiAura".
2. Data Deleted After Request
After verification, we permanently delete your account profile data (name, email, profile details), user preferences, saved collections, and activity data such as likes, follows, and ratings. For artist accounts, uploaded designs and related content are also deleted unless retention is legally required.
3. Data That May Be Retained
We may retain limited records required for legal compliance, fraud and abuse prevention, security investigations, financial/tax obligations (if applicable), and dispute resolution.
4. Retention Periods
Most account data is deleted within 7-14 business days after request verification. Legally required or security-related records may be retained for up to 90 days, or longer if required by applicable law.
5. Third-Party Services
If you signed in with third-party services (such as Google), you may also need to manage connected data from your third-party account settings.
